This outlines the privacy, payment structure, and contractual obligations associated with the services provided by Sydnee "The Gentle Giant."

Privacy and Confidentiality
- Confidential Information: Sydnee respects the client's right to privacy. Any information shared between the client and doula regarding pregnancy, birth, postpartum, health, and family life will remain confidential.

- No Disclosure Without Permission: Sydnee will not share any identifying information, or discuss details related to the client's health history, birth plans, or experiences without the client’s written consent.

- Social Media Policy: Announcements concerning pregnancies, genders, births, or any private information will not be made on any platform without explicit permission from the client.

 

Payment and Contractual Terms
- Contract Delivery: A custom contract will be sent within 72 hours of engagement.

- Payment Options: Payment can be made in full or through a payment plan with a deposit of 25%-50%.

- Invoice Terms: All invoices must be settled before any postpartum services commence.

- Deposit Refund Policy: The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, including if the client decides to discontinue services or if necessary health information is withheld.

- Contract Nullification: The contract becomes null and void if the client creates an unsafe environment or fails to disclose critical health information endangering Sydnee.

 Payment Methods
- Currency: All payments, including deposits, must be made in US Dollars.

- Payment Channels: Deposits can be made via credit card or PayPal to either Sydnee Abdul-Aleem or The Gentle Giant Postpartum Services. The deposit will be deducted from the total invoice amount.

This agreement sets forth clear expectations regarding confidentiality, payment, and conditions that could affect the continuation of services. It is important for clients to understand and agree to these terms before proceeding.
